The Star Tribune showcased the fall restaurant openings their most excited about, which included both Bellecour locations and Animales. A longtime partner of Chef Gavin Kaysen, Shea designed the two upcoming Bellecour spaces with Gavin and his team. Shea also partnered with chef/owner Jon Wipfli to help bring Animales to life in its first brick-and-mortar space.

In addition to Bellecour and Animales, the Star Tribune’s latest round-up of all the local, upcoming openings included Shea partners Northern Taphouse, Rustica, a steak & seafood restaurant at Southdale, and a North Loop restaurant from Billy Tserenbat and Marty Collins. Additionally, the Tribune featured recently opened, Shea-designed Chi-Chi’s.
