Swervo Development purchased 37 acres of land in Shakopee, MN with plans to build an amphitheater with the capacity for 19,000 people and create a premiere live-music and entertainment destination. Shea is partnering with the team at Swervo on the development and design. Construction on the amphitheater is expected to begin this spring, with a goal to open by summer 2025.
