In a sneak peek with Stephanie March and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, chef Ann Ahmed announced May 23rd as the official opening date for her latest restaurant, Gai Noi. This is Ann’s third time partnering with Shea on restaurant design, having previously worked with our team on the design of Lat 14 and Khâluna. We’re honored to have Chef Ann as a partner and a friend, and we’re so excited for Gai Noi’s upcoming opening.
