Open less than a month, Lat 14 Asian Eatery in Golden Valley is on fire—and Shea has been making headlines for transforming the former Perkins into a totally unrecognizable haven, filled with mosaic tile, creative lighting fixtures, and pops of color. The restaurant was recently named a Hot Spot by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, praised for its diverse cuisine, open space, and the new dining options it brings to the ‘burbs.
