Gavin Kaysen, acclaimed James Beard award-winning Minneapolis chef of Spoon and Stable and Bellecour, doesn’t sit still for long—he’s just announced the opening of his third Twin Cities restaurant, Demi, in the North Loop. Opening early 2019, the small restaurant will be sleek, sophisticated, and, of course, Shea-designed.
