Longtime Shea partner Chef Mike Rakun teamed up with our firm again when he decided to branch out to Wayzata, bringing a much-needed breakfast joint to the ’burbs. Benedict’s combines what’s great about midcentury style with the mindset of a modern diner, serving up everything from gussied-up pancakes to inventive breakfast cocktails (it’s never too early) to, of course, the restaurant’s namesake dish. Preppy branding and uniforms are in keeping with the fun, fresh, colorful diner vibe, welcoming everyone in at the crack of dawn.
