The highest level of hospitality and a chef’s dream come true. Located in Minneapolis’ North Loop, Gavin Kaysen’s Spoon and Stable is the story of a James Beard Rising Star chef’s homecoming to create his very own restaurant. Shea is proud of our collaboration with Chef Kaysen to create a brand and space that reflect his vision. The final result features an open kitchen, jewel box wine room and a spectacular bar, all set in the 100-plus-year-old former stable. It delivers on the highest level of hospitality, one which Kaysen values most. In celebration of 10 years of success, our teams again partnered to lightly refresh the restaurant, showing a continued commitment to hospitality and experience with refurbished flooring and furniture, enhanced lighting and an updated backbar with new focal point features.
