Gray Fox Coffee is set to open their fourth location in Downtown Minneapolis, this time joining Dayton’s Project, and we’re excited to be partnering with the team to design the new space. It will feel open and airy featuring 40 seats for guests to relax while enjoying their food and drinks.
Of the new opening, Gray Fox owner Chris Bjorling told the Business Journal, “I just am a big believer in downtown,” Bjorling said. “We are like incredibly enthusiastic about the Dayton’s location. I think [Gray Fox] will be just a really great option.”
Construction is currently underway for an August opening.
