Demi, Chef Gavin Kaysen’s intimate 20-seat restaurant, has been selected to join Relais & Chateaux as the only independent restaurant joining this year and the first ever in Minnesota. Relais & Chateaux is an exclusive group of luxury restaurants and hotels from independent entrepreneurs across the world.
Demi opened in 2019, bringing its tasting-menu-only concept to Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. We’re proud to have designed Demi in partnership with Gavin, having previously partnered on his Minnesota homecoming restaurant, Spoon and Stable.
