Gavin Kaysen cooks up Thanksgiving dishes on the Today Show

Thanksgiving is coming, and it’s coming fast—and Spoon and Stable’s Gavin Kaysen has your side-dish game covered with one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes, creamed spinach with cheese curds. The chef/owner of the Shea-designed Minneapolis restaurant faced off with friend and fellow chef Jeff Mauro for a side-dish slamdown on the Today Show.
