Longtime Shea partner Famous Dave’s BBQ is in the midst of a major revamp—in terms of brand, food, and, of course, design. The Star Tribune recently covered the company’s big changes, discussing how the pilot location for the new design, in Coon Rapids, MN, has had a massive increase in both traffic (26%) and sales (16%) since the Shea-spearheaded renovation that gave the space a lighter, brighter feel.
