Chef Jorge Guzman has received his third nomination in the Best Chef Midwest category, this time for his stellar work at Shea-designed Petite Leon. The restaurant’s story is a classic comeback, with Chef Guzman working through an initial pop-up, COVID restrictions, and more to build something great at a corner restaurant in Kingfield.
