Senior Architectural Technician

As a Senior Architectural Technician, you’ll collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, and Designers at Shea to develop and implement architectural design concepts across the restaurant + hospitality, retail and workplace industries.

You’ll prepare schematic, design development and construction documents with thorough knowledge and skills in Revit, from building 3D models in the development phase, through documentation set up, detailing and applying materials. Additionally, you’ll assist with the preparation of presentations and attend meetings as appropriate.

In a senior level position, you’ll be key in ensuring overall quality, responding quickly to redlines and delivering complete models and construction documents. You’ll ensure mid-point and end-point reviews take place before documents are submitted and take initiative in problem solving on documents and ensuring top quality delivery.

As part of the Shea team, you’ll receive learning opportunities and mentorship as well as the opportunity to enjoy Shea’s culture from everyday office interactions to special events. This includes monthly Celebrate Shea gatherings to recognize our team and learn about exciting happenings inside and outside of our office.
