The long-awaited brick and mortar location for Animales Barbecue is now open! Entrepreneur Jon Wipfli started the barbecue concept out of a food trailer, partnering with local breweries as their onsite food provider. We’re proud to have helped Jon as he found a space to call his own – the former Royal Foundry distillery – and been a part of the design team. The large area features plenty of dining and a bar with patio-style string lights draped across the space. Additionally, Jon added a colorful play area and stage for live music, creating an exciting energy that’s family-friendly. Congrats to Jon and team on the opening!
