Gavin Kaysen featured in Food & Wine magazine

Shea friend and client Gavin Kaysen of North Loop hotspot Spoon & Stable is best-known for his updated comforting cuisine—but he’d never taken on the hot dish until Food & Wine approached him for a feature in the January 2016 issue. He took on the task handily, presenting his dishes to a handful of tasting experts—the ladies from a local Lutheran church, where hotdish is a second religion.
