North Loop restaurant Spoon & Stable is starting the new year off with a bang—a hot dish feature in the January issue of Food & Wine magazine was only the beginning for this Shea-designed restaurant. GQ and Foodbeast teamed up to produce a video at the Minneapolis hotspot, where hosts Elie and Rudy not only learned from mixmaster Nathaniel Smith how to craft a cranberry cordial punch, but put together and tasted a plate with chef Gavin Kaysen.
