Downtowns are surging this summer, and the Star Tribune knows that the restaurants that have opened over the past few years are a huge draw for diners and workers. The latest story on downtown dining highlights not only Shea spots that have opened recently and are doing great new things in the Minneapolis and St. Paul downtown arenas (Butcher’s Tale and its new enclosed patio, Farmers Kitchen + Bar, EaTo, 801 Chophouse, and Momento), but also classics that we’re glad to be back to (Meritage, Murray’s).
