Twin Cities summer restaurant boom is stacked with Shea designs

It’s open(ing) season in the Twin Cities, with a handful of eateries opening for spring, and a full slate for summer. The Star Tribune reported on the boom of recently opened and soon-to-come restaurants, with Shea projects Jinx Tea, Benedict’s Rochester, and a North Loop winery from the Schram Vineyards team.
