It’s been a long time coming for the restaurant formerly known as Eden Avenue Grill (and even before that, The Pantry, which opened in 1978). The family-owned restaurant recently underwent a full Shea revamp to reinvent itself as the Hilltop, with a fresh look, new logo, and new menu. Set to open on Thursday, March 31, the team at Eater Minneapolis couldn’t resist a sneak peek.
