Siblings Melissa and Taylor Surdyk recently appeared on CBS News Minnesota/WCCO to share how the family business has evolved over the 90 years, including the addition of their bar and restaurant, Sidebar at Surdyk’s, as well as renovations and refreshes within the liquor store and cheese shop. We’re proud to have been a part of the evolution journey with the Surdyk family, having partnered on the design of Sidebar and the cheese shop, as well as the recently refreshed liquor store.
