The Star Tribune shared their first look at Gai Noi, the latest Minneapolis restaurant from Chef Ann Ahmed that opened at the end of May. In addition to highlighting the food, the article was very complimentary of the design, giving Shea a shout out for our work on the new space and even praising Lat-14 and Khâluna, Ann Ahmed’s other two Shea-designed restaurants.
