St. Pierre Steak and Seafood, the latest restaurant from Isaac Becker and Nancy St. Pierre, has made its debut in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. The new concept brings back dishes from the duo’s former beloved restaurant Burch Steak, along with new favorites and additional seafood offerings.
The new restaurant opened in the space that formerly housed Snack Bar, and while the restaurant has a new brand identity, the interior designed by our team largely remains the same. Shea also partnered to design the new brand with SheaMakes producing the updated signage.
