8th and Hennepin is one of Minneapolis’ most storied corners, and Shea is lucky enough to be part of that history—in addition to designing Union, the restaurant that occupies the first floor and rooftop of the corner building, our office is part of it as well. We’ve preserved much of the original building (including a fire-worn brick wall and several of the “SHINDER’S neon letters from our previous tenant).
