It’s about time a serious food hall came to St. Paul, and Shea is getting in on the ground floor—in every sense of the phrase. We’re partnering with longtime client and James Beard Award-winning chef Tim McKee to transform the former Heartland space in Lowertown to create The Market House Collaborative, opening this fall. The space will include a seafood market, a casual seafood restaurant, a boutique butcher shop, and a bakery, and we can’t wait to kick off.
