Retractable roofs are coming to Rochester. A new, glass-encased Crave will open downtown next spring, on the second floor of the upcoming Hotel Indigo. With an expansive bar and seating for 300 to 400 customers, it’s sure to be the Med City’s newest place to be for sparkling city views.
