Shea has kicked off the design process in collaboration with Schram Vineyards to create a winery in the heart of Minneapolis’ hippest neighborhood, the North Loop. With its history of industry, it’s the perfect area for a 10,000 square-foot city-centric winery that will include production facilities, a bar and tasting room, and patio for sipping vintages on sunny afternoons.
