Shea to design new ground-up Lunds & Byerlys in Apple Valley

Lunds & Byerlys is moving into the next generation of its design, and Shea is taking the brand there in a continuation of our long-term partnership with the Minnesota icons. A ground-up store is slated to open in Apple Valley in June 2023 that will feature drive-thru lanes for easy grocery pickup, along with extensive prepared-food options, an outdoor terrace, and cafe.
