Graze Food Hall is underway in the North Loop, and the tenants for the hottest spot in town have been announced. Shea is thrilled that we’ll be designing Carbon, a coal-fired pit beef spot inspired by Maryland’s roadside answer to barbecue. We’re working with the team behind acclaimed food truck Gastrotruck to bring their first brick-and-mortar vision to life.
