The latest restaurant from Jester Concepts, Starling, is coming to Edina with a Shea design. Starling is the restaurant group’s first suburban concept and, named after the bird, Starling draws inspiration from migration. Shea partnered with the team on architecture and design, including the design of their branding. This is our third partnership with Jester Concepts, previously partnering on P.S. Steak and the Butcher & the Boar revival. Starling is expected to open Spring 2024.
