Downtown Sioux Falls’ Hilton Garden Inn will be undergoing a complete renovation and rebrand to become The Catlin, part of Hilton’s independent Tapestry Collection. Shea is proud to be partnering with hospitality operator Hegg Companies on the design of all food and beverage spaces, as well as common areas including the lobby, fitness center and patio. The renovations will be completed in phases with the hope to have all completed by the end of 2025.
