We’re proud to be partnering with David Peters to design the student-focused apartment building as part of the University Square development in Mankato. The apartment, bordering Minnesota State University’s campus, will provide additional student housing to support the University’s growth plans and add to the allure of the campus area. The $22.3 million project will begin construction this Spring.
