Swervo Development is restoring the Uptown Theatre from a shuttered, historic movie theatre into the latest live music and entertainment venue in Minneapolis. We’re proud to have partnered with the Swervo team on various projects over the years, including their transformation of the Armory and providing design support on this Uptown Theatre project. We look forward to seeing the Theatre reenergize the Uptown neighborhood.
