The former Bellecour space on Wayzata’s Lake Street was bound to fill itself again soon, and Shea has stepped up in partnership with Chef Danny del Prado (along with partners Aaron Switz and Steve McMullen) to create Roman/Italian restaurant Josefina. The new spot will feature a wood-fired pizza oven, and the former bakery area is in the process of transformation to a quick-service counter including a takeout window for lakeside Italian feasts. The team is looking to a spring opening, so stay tuned for more details on what’s to come!
