Shea clients Centro and Popol Vuh are Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurants

Bon Appetit has released its annual list of America’s Best New Restaurants for 2019, and Shea clients Centro and Popol Vuh are at the heart of it — the only Minnesota spots to make the cut. Praised by the magazine for the dual concepts and modern Mexican cuisine, the restaurants opened in summer 2018 to great local and national acclaim, including design that embraces the history of the former glue factory in Northeast Minneapolis.
