Shea partnered with longtime family owners of Eden Avenue Grill, formerly The Pantry, which opened in 1978, to create a completely new concept and design refresh for their restaurant. The Hilltop represents the next era for the family, featuring a large horseshoe-shaped bar, reclaimed wood details, and rich tufted booths. Shea worked with the owners to create a new brand identity, logo, and graphics in addition to the interior and exterior design overhauls, tying in the family and restaurant history throughout the space and branding. The resulting new Hilltop is a sleek, comfortable place for families, friends, and groups to gather.
