As part of a continued partnership with Nashville-based boutique restaurant group J.Alexander’s Holdings, Shea has revamped the prototype for the collection of Stoney River steakhouses. The upscale concept was due for a refresh, using lighter, brighter materials to create an atmosphere and brand essence reimagined to appeal to a greater audience. The first restaurant in the Stoney River collection to roll out is located in Memphis, and features lighter wood tones, eye-catching light fixtures, and a vast wine room to show off the restaurant’s collection.
