Shea has recently partnered with the team at the St. James Hotel to reconceptualize the historic southern Minnesota landmark, completely remodeling it while maintaining its classic, iconic roots. Shea will be renovating all common areas, as well as the food and beverage areas, providing a new strategic direction to take the hotel to a level of national acclaim while also serving as a go-to place for locals to dine. The outdoor Veranda patio is the first space to be completed, with the other common spaces undergoing renovations and implementation of new concepts over the next three to five years. The finished project will reaffirm the St. James Hotel’s place as one of the Midwest’s most stunning historic properties, a true destination spot.
