A historic southern Minnesota landmark, Shea partnered to remodel the St. James Hotel while maintaining its iconic roots. Shea refreshed common areas, event rooms and food and beverage spaces, providing a strategic direction to take the hotel to a level of acclaim while also serving as a go-to place for locals to dine. The Veranda patio was the first space to be completed, connecting guests to Red Wing’s beautiful outdoor landscape.
