Shea partnered again with Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group to create a new restaurant for the company’s headquarters in Buffalo, NY. Located on the first floor of the Westin Buffalo adjacent to the Delaware North offices, Patina 250 takes hotel dining to new heights with a chic design featuring modern furniture and enclosed booths, sleek light fixtures, a horseshoe-shaped marble bar, and custom-designed features such as a walnut private dining table. Details including pieces from local artists and a coffered ceiling reminiscent of that in the Buffalo City Hall nod to the history and future of the area and lend a sophisticated overall atmosphere to the space.
