Shea partnered with Minneapolis advertising agency Little to design a new, open workspace downtown that would reflect the company’s dedication to creativity and collaboration. By balancing industrial materials such as concrete and metal with a dramatic neutral palette, Shea set a backdrop for the agency to display its best work on hot-rolled steel panels. Two zones—a public one for collaboration and client meetings and a private area for heads-down work—are separated by a row of islands and pinup boards for creative brainstorming, and the kitchen includes a full bar and communal table to reflect the CEO’s Italian heritage.
