The Tea Garden began as a family-owned tea shop 12 years ago and has since grown to six locations total. When the small chain was purchased, the new ownership team tapped Shea to rebrand the company, design a prototype to be rolled out to all locations, and reposition the company for continued local and national growth. The new Sencha Tea Bar works to simplify the complexity of tea, create an approachable tea-centered experience, and presents a customizable menu that maintains current loyalty and brings tea to a new and wider customer base.
