Fifth Street Towers
Shea partnered with Zeller Realty Group to renovate the stately Fifth Street Towers office complex in downtown Minneapolis, rebranding and repositioning the property to appeal to a wider variety of tenants. Shea created tenant spaces including a circular bar in the middle of the skyway, a rooftop deck, lounge space, plenty of third-workspace options for employees, and conference and wellness centers, along with a host of other renovations to modernize the space, including replacing the lobby’s dated red marble with sleek lit-wood panels and a large media wall with moving images that draws attention and sets the office towers apart from competitors.
