It’s no secret that Eastside is the hippest hangout in Minneapolis’ Downtown East neighborhood, and that’s due in no small part to the clean, classic Shea-designed interior. But a bit of spunk was brought in with the commission of artist Drew Peterson’s 8-panel mural in the flexible private dining space, and Restaurant Hospitality took note.
