Beloved Northeast taco-and-margarita spot Centro is set to grow, with two new locations on the horizon. The first will open for business with a Shea design at the former Wedge building on Nicollet Avenue in South Minneapolis–and the Shea rendering teases multiple dining experiences in addition to expanded space for a commissary kitchen, and a lot of patio love, all starting when the weather warms. A St. Paul space will follow, bringing Centro vibes to even more of the Cities.
