Their piece, “36 Hours in Minneapolis,” offers recommendations for the top restaurants and destinations to enjoy while visiting Minneapolis and calls out Spoon and Stable’s “beautiful, back-lit bar” and Pryes Brewing Company’s “enormous brewery.”
Shea partnered with Chef Gavin Kaysen to design Spoon and Stable, including the recent refresh, and we partnered with the team at Pryes to design the recent expansion of their brewery. We’re proud of both partners and thrilled to see their recognition from the New York Times.
