Starling, the new restaurant from Jester Concepts, is set to open May 1st in Edina. Shea partnered with the team to design the light and airy space with natural light, live plants and native woods, as well as to design the Starling branding. We proud of our continued partnership with their team, having previously partnered on P.S. Steak and the Butcher & the Boar revival. Congrats, Jester Concepts!
