Longtime Minneapolis restaurateurs Isaac Becker and Nancy St. Pierre are bringing the next iteration of their former hit steakhouse, Burch Steak, back to Minneapolis. Only this time, it will have a new location and a special new name.
Becker and St. Pierre are converting the versatile, Shea-designed Snack Bar in North Loop into St. Pierre Steak and Seafood, the next chapter for Burch Steak. The menu will include beloved favorites from Burch, along with a few new favorites from Snack Bar and more seafood offerings. And the new name is personal, for the first time in the restauranteurs’ 30-plus year careers.
“Nancy has been my partner from the beginning and hasn’t received the same attention for her hard work and passion, mostly because she never wanted it,” Becker shares. “For our latest restaurant, I wanted to give her the recognition she deserves.”
Shea is again partnering with the duo on the new logo and branding for the steakhouse, and SheaMakes is producing the new signage. St. Pierre Steak and Seafood is set to open in early Spring of 2025.
