Shea continues to partner with the team at Centro, and this time we’re working on a new location in Highland Park, St. Paul with a grand opening set for April 28th. The new location will house both the Centro and EveryWhen Burger Bar concepts, featuring the signature central bar and pink walls, but this time with a newly designed dining space for the EveryWhen concept that gives a modern take on an old-school diner and bar.
