New Carlos O’Kelly’s designs rolling out nationwide

Shea is no stranger to national work, and our recent refresh of the Carlos O’Kelly’s prototype is just the latest on our long roster. The Mexican restaurant with locations throughout the Midwest came to us looking to remodel their existing stores and roll out a new prototype for future ones, and Shea stepped up with a design that’s bright and modern, with a focus on an open kitchen and bar.
