We’re proud to have taken home an award for Mystic Lake Amphitheater at the 2026 Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards, celebrating its success! Congratulations to our client partner Swervo Development and the teams who helped bring the incredible project to life.
The amphitheater will host it’s first concert on June 20th, featuring talent from the state of Minnesota. With 19,000 seats, Mystic Lake Amphitheater is now Minnesota’s largest outdoor venue. It provides multiple viewing options including tiered seating, a sloped lawn, VIP suites, tables, and beer gardens.
