The Copperfield has been making headlines since its opening last fall, and Minnesota Monthly critic Jason DeRusha recently visited the Mendota Heights restaurant. With a special spotlight on the killer design, the magazine noted that it’s a stellar upgrade on the idea of a neighborhood restaurant.
